Air Liquide is looking for a Contract & Sales Reporting Specialist based in İstanbul.

 

Missions and Responsibilities

The mission is to manage the customer data and contract portfolio in the central ERP system, aiming to maintain a master database reliable and complete for the invoicing process and also to analyze sales and market data, to generate reports to assist the management to make sound decisions that drive profitable business growth.  Provide an insight into analysis regarding salesforce effectiveness, profitability and trends. Contract and (sales ) Reporting Specialist ensures performing data management. He/she is also responsible for the process of product creation, sales data preparation, adhoc contract/price analysis and improvements of ERP system / digital tools.

  • Ensures ERP data management for customer info and contracts
  • Ensures customer data consistency and coordinates data checking
  • Responsible for price increases to be realized on monthly basis
  • Perform price analysis and assists Marketing in developing pricing strategies
  • Assist with developing and automating reports and reporting processes using digital tools
  • Power BI Reporting
  • Creates reports to support Sales Marketing teams and to provide management information
  • Interfaces with finance, IT, Regional Sales and Marketing Managers, and others as required to access and understands data and turns data into actionable information

Competencies & Profile

  • Bachelor degree from Management, Economy, Engineering, Statistics or related field
  • Analytical thinking ability (data mining)
  • Strong interpersonal relationships
  • Proactive & independent, expressing ideas in a clear succinct and transparent manner
  • Strong ability to provide insight from data
  • Attention to the details
  • Significant interest in ERP,Strong analytical skills
  • Skills in Microsoft SQL, Power BI reporting, Microsoft Excel
