Qualifications:

You’re the perfect match if you are;

  • 3rd or 4th year university student who will be able to work minimum 6 months
  • Able to work minimum 3 days in a week
  • Having HR Intership experience
  • Willing to have a career in the field of Human Resources
  • High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional
  • Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking
  • Advanced in MS Office applications
  • Detail oriented with follow up skills
  • Accountable, proactive, continuous learner, curious, collaborative, result oriented and good team player
  • Willingness and potential for analytical problem solving with good communication and organization skills
  • Self-disciplined and self-starter

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR team in all HR related processes
  • Follow up daily HR activities
  • Take an active role in redesigning HR projects
  • Conduct researches on developing various HR initiatives like culture, diversity, learning and development, remote working and other HR best practices
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast paced environment
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Source and search for qualified candidates, review resumes and make phone interviews,
  • Arrange interviews with the candidates, follow up status of candidates, document interview outputs
  • Look for opportunities to engage with potential candidates
  • Participate in organizing employer branding activities, careers days and company events to enhance talent attraction
  • Support training organizations
  • Coordinate onboarding process for newcomers, follow up the questionnaire results
  • Run operational HR tasks like follow-up on post recruitment steps, preparing welcome kits, monitoring of personnel files and legal documentation, etc.
  • Be the active contributor to continuous process improvement and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.
  • Create added value for Daiichi Sankyo via thinking out of the box 
  • Share her/his creative ideas, feedbacks and suggestions with the related manager
  • Enjoy the professional career experience at Daiichi Sankyo and have fun in what h/she does throughout his/her journey
