Danone is a world leading food company built on four business lines: Fresh Dairy Products, Nutrition and Waters. We are looking for a “Talent Management Specialist” who will be responsible for build a strong talent development processes for his/her accounts. Take this opportunity to GROW Together!

His/her key objective is to attract and to acquire, develop and retain the best talents to support 2020 Talent Ambition of Danone to be “a company which respects everyone’s uniqueness & develops each talent to the maximum, through a meaningful journey, in strong diverse teams." He/she will be responsible for Danone Group Companies’ talent development and acquisition processes while supporting different talent projects of CBS Talent team.

About the job

  • Form country talent strategy with manager and build fundamentals for effective execution for his/her accounts

  • Ensure application of global Talent guidelines

  • Supervise Talent attraction process from the market for his/her accounts to create strong talent pipeline

  • Recruitment Activities w/CBUs HR teams for his/her accounts

  • Manage career plans (Managers)- In close relationship with CBU HRBPs, conduct Danoners interviews when development conversations is needed

  • Develop and retain the best talents

  • Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening & straight talk

  • Conciliate operational needs with longer term strategic thinking

  • Talent acquisition and attracting the right people

About you 

  • University Degree

  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in HR

  • Fluent in English

  • Possess and demonstrate excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, and communication in a group environment

  • Knowledge of diverse talent development methods

  • Creative thinking balanced with strong analysis that can provide insight into the business case, solution or project direction

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally with diverse individuals, report to management and meet with vendors
