Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background,

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within e-commerce, fashion retail merchandising, allocation or category management,

Excelllent command of English and Russian,

Good command of MS Office programs,

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,

Strong communication and team work skills,

Negotiation and persuasion skills,

Fast learner, absorbing information and applying them,

Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously, working independently and high attentive to details,

Having interest in the fashion industry and the evolving retail landscape,

No military service obligation for male candidates.

Basic Functions:

Managing and monitoring onboarding and item set up process to make sure products are available and ready to sell,

Improving navigation experience (browse /search) by managing / enhancing product attributes and taxonomy,

Managing item / category pages including product imagery, rating reviews, basic and enhanced content. Finding new ways in which our customers can discover your products at our sites,

Optimizing item and category pricing. Managing product margins and benchmarking competitors,

Conducting regular analysis of category performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities,

Working with cross functional teams (across marketing, product and supply chain, international planning) to execute initiatives to optimize category performance,

Managing International DeFacto website and marketplaces (CIS region)

Travelling as needed.
