QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Döhler Turkey is looking for a "HR Analytics Assistant" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;

Your Profile

• Graduate or 4th grade student in Engineering departments (preferably Industrial, Management) Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related analytical disciplines from reputable universities or master student who will assist HR team full time,
• Preferably at least internship experience in HR departments of multinational corporate organization,
• Willingness to work at least 4 days in a week,
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel),
• Preferably have knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SAP,
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills,
• Eager to learn software concerning HR,
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Advanced planning, organization and analyzing skills with high attention to details, 
• Understanding of changing business dynamics and proven ability to adapt, realign, re-prioritize goals and action,
• Proactive, solution oriented and creative mindset.

Your Role

• Supporting HR digitalization processes,
• Managing business processes in software such as SAP and SuccessFactors,
• Supporting HR operation processes and HR database updates,
• Making research about various HR projects and making benchmarking,
• Participating and supporting other HR projects and initiatives.
