- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of universities,
- At least 1 years of experiences in Sales Support position,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Able to use ERP System,
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
- Problem-solving skills with analytical mind,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- No obstacle for travelling,
- No military obligations for male candidates.
- Entering demo requests and product orders from abroad into the system; contact the relevant departments in accordance with customer requests, organize the necessary delivery of the products.
- Ensuring the coordination between foreign customers and the company and managing the sales process correctly in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Providing necessary support to overseas sales teams.
- Entering the orders from the sales team into the ERP system.
- Support the preparation of proposals, preparation of necessary certificates, related documents and follow-up until the end of the order process.
- Follow-up of approval processes and payments of invoices.
- Working with the Foreign Trade Specialist on the preparation and follow-up of documents related to export transactions.
