We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Team! The position will be based on Gölcük/Kocaeli and will be for 6 months-1 year period (maternity cover). The candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • University graduation degree on Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology etc.
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Preferably experienced on Success Factors recruitment module,
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A positive, “can do” attitude

Responsibilities

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for whole company
  • Driving and contributing to various projects related to candidate experience and recruiting operations
  • Implementing recruitment processes (screening, assessment tools, online interviews etc) for Total Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Finance, Information Technologies, Corporate Communications and Innovation departments both internally and externally
  • Serving as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Managing changings in the recruitment processes and informing the related teams
  • Reporting recruitment metrics to management team
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition and staffing activities
  • Supporting expatriate processes (inbound&outbound)
