Performance and Reward Management Assistant Specialist

Job Description

Establish and maintain close working relationships with HR generalists and the business to ensure organization is provided with timely strategic advice for compensation, rewarding and benefits

Set the salaries of newly employed staff, promoting staff, make assessment for new positions

Support in staff budget calculation, monthly follow-up

Report headcount budget         

Support in grading system

Conduct business line compensation structures

Support in organizing distribution of bonus

Support in approval process of incentive plans

Support in annual pay review process

Reporting share plans

Support in carrying out recognition program

Support in management of local benefits framework and policies which encourage maximum employee contribution to service quality and business profitability

Carrying out agreement process of vendors

Support the expatriate administration process in Turkey and contact point for global mobility team

Follow-up payment and recharges of expat process

Prepare statistics/reports etc.

Prepare presentations/communication plans/instruction manuels/guides, etc.

Support in making regular market surveys on staff compensation and benefits

Provide expertise/advice by researching leading practice and monitoring external market developments and trends

Coordination and communication of annual Performance and Reward Management events

Implement Performance and Reward Management projects providing guidance and support

Adapt Performance and Reward Management strategy, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements and advocating this within the business

Assist to develop Performance and Reward Management policies and procedures that are beneficial to the bank, aligned with group strategy

Support performance management processes throughout the year i.e. objective setting, performance rating, performance appraisal, etc.

Support in flexible and remote working process utilization


Certifications, Qualifications & Experience


University degree, preferably Business and Economics

Fluent oral and written English

Knowledge of MS Office Programs, very good knowledge of Excel

1-3-year experience in HR (especially compensation and reward) is preferred  

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Numerical data interpretation skills

Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
