For ISS Turkey Commercial Team we are looking for a Commercial Management Trainee who is able to balance her/his ambitious mindset with a respectful and empathetic attitude towards the people; also a strong communicator – with the capability to enter a dialogue at all levels of the organisation and, above all, to ‘walk the talk’.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Assist to identify and implement strategic commercial initiatives to reach the business development target and to position ISS as preferred sales partner,
Assist to develop and execute the sales strategy for each segment,
Implement global sales concepts,
Assist with pre-qualification, analyses and tender preparation,
Provide bids, publish and communicate process documentation, requests for information and requests for bids,
Contribute to sales process optimization,
Support organization of negotiations,
Coordinate meetings with potential and current customers,
Prepare reports and statistics,
Update CRM data,
Work with operations team to ensure current Stakeholder Map identified needs,
Deliver successful pre-emptive bid to avoid RFP process,
Uploading and production of RFP responses as required by customer process.
Sales presentations and proposals with respect to editing, image and branding, spelling and overall presentation.
Personal & Professional Qualifications
Willing to build up a career in the service industry,
Work experience, either from an internship/job during your studies or from a commercial position (for example, in account management, sales or consultancy) is nice to have,
Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering departments from reputable universities,
Well-versed in using databases and MS-Office products,
Excellent oral and written English language skills,
Good communication skills and team spirit,
Analytical thinking and conscientiousness,
Competitive nature, goal-orientation and tenacity,
High work capacity and negotiating skills,
Readiness to travel within Turkey and abroad.
