Fruitful Journey

• This is a two-year programme which consists of five assignment phases with projects that you will lead
• First phase takes place in Turkey Metro Store and takes 6 months
• Second phase takes place in Head Office(Güneşli) and takes 6 months
• Third phase takes place in Head Office of another country and takes 6 months
• Fourth phase takes place in METRO AG Head Quarter Office in Germany and takes 3 months
• In final phase, you return to Turkey Head Office which takes 3 months
• During 2 year, a mentor from Metro Turkey's Board Members support you
• You have various coaches from different departments for projects

• Already invested in career and having a master's degree

• Having max 3 years of experience
• Being curious and excited about METRO Turkey's sustainability projects
• Having a track record of extracurricular activities (preferably in a leading role e.g. team captain, organizer, student council)
• Having an international experience (living, studying, working) and looking for more
• Being a food lover for enjoying every second of work life and willing to create new trends for the dining sector
• Excellent command of English and preferably a second foreign language for steering global projects & working in an international team
• Self-driven, proactive, passionate young talents aged between 23 and 28 years
• Being internationally mobile and independent: ability to travel for discovering unique business experience
• Having a high motivation to work with work-leading wholesaler with operations in 26 countries, involving more than 150.000 people
