JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage end-to-end internal and external recruitment for the plant organization (including blue collar & white collar employees),
• Working in close collaboration with hiring managers to understand the needs and required skill sets for the current and future vacancies and executing the recruitment strategy,
• Source and attract the best possible talent; selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels,
• Manage internship and new graduate recruitment projects and apply early talent programs for the plant,
• Drive Employer Branding agenda and university relations in the area, and implement our country EVP strategy to the plant organization,
• Support and manage onboarding and orientation process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree,
• Has an excellent command of English (both speaking and writing),
• Experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources is preferred,
• Strong planning and organizing skills,
• Proactive approach,
• Hard-working and results oriented,
• Excellent communications skills,
• Positive and can-do approach.
