We are looking for

Human Resources Business Partner for Turkey region.  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Responsibilities

• Understand the business drivers, strategy and function as strategic partner to the business
• Pursue all recruitment processes for the business units, e.g.; job posting, candidate search, interview organizations, etc.
• Establish organizational structure of the business units to drive high performance
• Work with leaders to define organizational development needs to design and facilitate solutions
• Ensure business units’ talent management plans that support business goals
• Monitor and follow individual development plans working align with business leaders
• Take active role in planning actions to retain talent in parallel to engagement strategy
• Conduct one-to-one interviews with the employees, acting as a guide to leverage individual and business development

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Related experience in HR Business Partner roles
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Result oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast pace multi-cultural team environment
• Strong ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
• No military obligation for male candidates
