QUALIFICATIONS 

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Eagerness for research and improvement

• Ability to work within timescales and budgets, and to meet tight deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates for at least 2 years
• Having Salesforce Experience or Salesforce Certification is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Typically provide full time support throughout the implementation lifecycle as a key member of the implementation team
• Understand, analyze and document business requirements with a customer-centric view, manage client expectations, improve and support CRM processes within businesses and ensure delivery of the highest quality service.
• Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide input on IT processes and procedures affecting the team.
• Primary resource responsible for all declarative configurations within Salesforce.com including security and sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes, etc.
• While the Solution Architect maintains primary responsibility for the system architecture and design, the Configuration Analyst will be responsible for the creation of all requirements and process documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements, data model documentation, data migration specifications, process flow documentation, user story creation.
• Responsible for successful completion of unit and function testing as well as all supporting documentation required for the Validation phase (i.e. test plans, test scripts)
• Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing and any support for defect management during UAT process
• Involved in all aspects of Deployment phase including migration of configuration/code, production data migration, and interface go-live
• Typically, responsible or heavily Involved in the creation of end user and administrator training material, as well as potentially delivering end user training
