We are looking for a teammate as Bulk Logistics Sourcing & Transport Specialist based in our plant in Kocaeli Kartepe.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring customer consumption and recording incoming orders,
• Optimum trip planning based on customer consumption analysis,
• Planning the expeditions in accordance with the rules of occupational safety, environment, quality and efficiency,
• Management and implementation of continuous improvement projects related to processes in the supply chain,
• Implementation of digital projects and support the team with trainings,
• Monitoring of carriers performance and manage payment processes,
• Fleet performance analysis and management of maintenance processes,
• Monitoring and control of the purchasing process,
• Resource and stock management,
• Ensuring communication and coordination with other units in the procurement process,
• Analysis and reporting of business results.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree from related departments of universities,
• Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations in the manufacturing sector, residing / able to reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli,
• Strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills,
• Strong problem solving,
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to intense work tempo,
• Fluent in English.
