Sorumluluklar:
- IT departmanı hedefler ve stratejiler belirlemek
- Şirket içindeki bütün operasyonları ve onların sağlayacağı faydayı optimize edecek uygun teknolojiyi belirlemek ve kullanmak
- Müşteri deneyimini geliştirecek teknoloji sistem ve platformları tasarlamak ve kullanıma sunmak
- Yeni sistemlerin uygulamasını planlamak ve IT personeline rehberlik etmek
- Teknolojik ekipmanın ve yazılımların alımını yapmak ve yatırımcılarla ortaklık kurmak
- Maksimum performansı sağlamak adına şirket içerisindeki teknolojik altyapıyı denetlemek
- IT'ye ilişkin projeleri yönetmek
- Teknolojideki değişim ve gelişimleri takip ederek şirkete rekabet avantajı kazandırmak
- Bütçe analizi yaparak önerilerde bulunmak
Gereklilikler:
- CIO veya benzer bir rolde deneyim sahibi olmak
- IT sistemleri ve altyapısı üzerine kapsamlı bilgi
- IT tasarlama/geliştirme ve planlama arka planına sahip olmak

- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong strategic and business mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
