APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We’ll screen all applicants carefully, looking for results delivered , motivation and mindset. 

Screening & Assessment

We have an agile selection process for potential review and language (English) skills. That means we will contact candidates via emails throughout the whole period.

Online Interview

A number of candidates will be invited the online competency based interviews.

Hackathon 

Final candidates will be invited to a competency based hackathon, conduct a project.

Leadership Potential Test & Offer

After the leadership potential test, selected candidate will be offered the position and start after summer.
