HDA Grup Enerji started with the supply of Lithium batteries and became one of the leading battery suppliers in Turkey. Today, in addition to supplying lithium batteries, and various smart meter components, we also provide customized battery pack solutions for different application demands.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and promote our range of innovative products including Chipsets, LoRa technology, MBus modules, LoRaWAN solutions, and Microchip products. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and also managing business development activities.

SALES ENGINEER – IoT & Communication

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Manage all sales activities and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Develop business goals according to company channel strategy and growth plan
  • Seek out new customers & business partners to create new business relationship
  • Manage and close follow-up all order, sales, delivery and payment schedule process
  • Maintain constant communication with the customers by checking their needs, problems, projects with routine calls and messages
  • Maintain routine & demand based customer visit schedule
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and show the way of reaching their business challenges
  • Monitor stock level and coordinate the required orders with procurement department
  • Search new proper products to extend business portfolio
  • Provide data-driven sales analysis and related performance reports for the management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electric & Electronical or Communication Engineering or equivalent disciplines
  • Min.3 years experience in sales management and business development ( preferably in RF, IoT, Communication equipment sales )
  • Knowledge of chipsets, LoRa, MBus modules, LoRaWAN, Microchip and IP based telecommunication technologies,
  • Excellent presentation, reporting skills and proficient in use of MS Office
  • Presentable, proactive, having excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be a part of growing sales team
  • Ability to work as a solution oriented team member
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travels, having active driving license.
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Good command of English
