In order to enforce our Procurement-Team we need you, located in Istanbul.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Assist with development of a strategy for national and cluster (7 countries) procurement categories.
  • Support on key procurement initiatives such as automation targets and supplier maintenance excellence. 
  • Support on analytical tasks, presentations and strategic projects
  • Operational support on administrative tasks for the buyers. 
  • Help with strategic selection, development, evaluation and optimization of the supplier and product portfolio.
  • Monitor execution of tenders and supplier negotiations.
  • Support in contract management.
  • Take part in negotiation meetings with suppliers.
  • Actively work on maintenance and development of internal relationships.
  • Support identification of savings opportunities.
  • Help with providing monthly reports to track savings and performance.
  • Support with maintenance supplier cockpit, led by the buyer(s). 
  • Support with cluster wide (7 countries) automation goals. 
  • Making suggestions to process design and contribute with your own ideas.
  • Responsible for supporting buyer (s) for purchasing of goods and service procurement.
  • Ensures alignment and approval from relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Supports under Buyer’s control, operational interaction with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed contract.
  • Supporting Group Digitalization aims and ERP Systems operations like supplier and automation (catalog creation actions).
  • Following purchase orders and communicating to vendors if necessary.
  • Enrich and update supplier portfolio via market analysis.
  • Manages day-to-day communication with suppliers.

 

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s students majoring in business administration, management, economy or similar
  • Ability to work minimum 3 days a week
  • Proficient Turkish and proficient English skills, spoken and written
  • Good command of Google / MS Office  (SAP knowledge is an asset),
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills,
  • Negotiation skills or the willingness to develop it
  • Communicativeness and assertiveness
  • Perfect work organization, target orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or google docs environment
  • High flexibility, resilience and team-oriented cooperation
