How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are looking for a Sales Administrator, who will support the Sales Team in ensuring the processes are run smoothly. This person will be closely working with the Sales Excellence Analyst, Digital Tool Analyst and overall the Sales Team.

The primary objective of this position is to support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing data, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

 

Data Management: 

-Maintaining and updating customer databases

-Tracking sales activities, and generating reports or analytics for the sales team or management.

 

CRM Management: 

-Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions

-Manage leads, and streamline sales processes.

 

Process Improvement:

-Contacting cluster countries, finding improvement areas in the sales processes

 

Are you a MATCH?

  • New graduate or 1-2 years of work experience. 

  • Having a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.

  • Advanced level in English and Excel.
     

Additionally:

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and managing paperwork associated with sales transactions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with the sales team, and other departments within the company.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Google Slides and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for data entry and management.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details in processing orders, managing customer data, and generating reports.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Reliability and Dependability: Being responsible and reliable in handling tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
