Description

Assist the operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business. These include;

 

  • Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations
  • Order supplies and manage inventory
  • Take operational actions to improve the facility conditions in HQ and Bilisim Vadisi
  • Conduct industry research to identify potential suppliers and maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
  • Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance department. Create monthly reports to observe the expenses and offer solutions to decrease the potential cost by doing cost analyses
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts and produce monthly reports
  • Learn technical terminologies of each team to help them in technical procurement procedures
  • Attend online meetings with companies across the world and communicate with them based on the insights and information provided by the other teams
  • Use proper documentation techniques to prevent ambiguity and keep records of the action
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Create turnover, and performance improvement tests by using S.M.A.R.T. questions and make analyses based on the results
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
  • Create training and development plans based on needs and assumptions
  • Follow up on international logistic operations
  • Check up the validity of the invoices and CE certificates, collect HS codes, and clear out ambiguity between the sides

 

Qualifications

 

  • Digital literacy
  • Good command of knowledge in Excel
  • Analytical and visual thinking
  • Knowledge in SOP
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Agile mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Adminstration, Economics or related fields
  • For men, completed or postponed military service condition
  • Able to work in İnegöl/Bursa

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • B-level driving license
  • Knowledge in Tableau
  • Using Macros in Excel
