Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Business Solutions
• Having knowledge of ERP and related solutions, IT technologies and concepts
• Experienced in process analysis, modeling and corporate workflows
• Problem solving, conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills
• Experienced working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish

Job description

• Understand the customer needs and find the proper solutions related with the current IT structure
• To ensure coordination with business units, receiving requests and tracking solutions, participating in solution analysis and ensuring the implementation of designs.
• Managing IT Business Solutions Applications and follow up service operation.
• To implement and follow up the business solutions IT policies and procedures that the company needs
• To control IT suppliers and third party companies related with business applications
• Prepare reports and presentations
