ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

If you are a driven, passionate, and ambitious graduate and want to go far through a challenging, and accelerated development experience, then the Marketing Global Graduate Program in our Head Office is the best choice for you. 

This one-year management trainee program provides a foundation for your functional and leadership skills development. At the end of the 12 months, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or similar
• Maximum 3 years of relevant professional work experience. i.e. marketing, sales, marketing research etc.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through confidently co-operating and collaborating across marketing functions and geographical markets
• Excellent skills when it comes to conducting various analyses and capability to effectively translate the insights into practice
• Attention to detail, critical analysis & utmost accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
