KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ICT Support Specialist (Help Desk) will support IT projects and transactions, provide local and remote office support, ensure user-oriented service, and collaborate with Canon EMEA IT teams for continuous improvement
- Support regional IT department projects and transactions
- Work in compliance with Canon EMEA Service Desk, Regional & Central IT Teams
- Provide local support to HQ, remote offices, and assigned locations
- Ensure a professional, user-oriented approach to Türkiye colleagues
- Bring development and improvement ideas to colleagues and management
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Monitor and manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors when necessary
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solver and willing to work in a dynamic environment doing a variety of tasks
- High self-motivation and ambition to achieve
- Good stakeholder management skills
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 2 years in IT roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience with Windows OS
- Good command of English
- Good command of MS Office
