In this role you will;

• Managing consumer & customer complaints
• Working closely with the global and local quality teams to drive the necessary actions
• Representing Turkey in the global consumer feedback project
• Providing quality content support to the consumer marketing teams
• Representing Consumer Service in the crisis team
• Complaint management with global & local targets and procedures

To be able to successful in the role, you need to;

• University degree in Food Engineering
• 1 year of experience in quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good level of using MS Office programs
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
