We are looking for a "Financial Control and Reporting Specialist" who will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all financial reporting with the accounting records and with the reporting rules acting as a key point of contact for all financial control queries for Danone Turkey. In the context of your job, you will report to Financial Reporting Manager and be responsible from the following requirements:

• Take an active role in ensuring that the financial reporting processes are compliant with the group core model and with the local rules
• Ensure the application of reporting instructions circulated by the Group consolidation team
• Support on ensuring that all financial information reported is strictly in line with the accounting records
• Support on reporting the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time
• Ensure that processes / systems continuous improvement are compliant with Company policies and with the DANgo controls
• Lead and drive local implementation of tools and projects (incl. digitalization) related to the R2R project roadmap
• Prepare the financial statements for local / legal requirements (i.e. Pension trustees, minority shareholders, etc.)
• Develop and contribute to finance projects for creating efficiencies and value add
• Support on internal control system in financial controlling processes
• Calculate & follow-up Financial Control KPIs and animate improvement plans
• Consolidate the Financial Control KPIs in a monthly basis

To be able to successful in the role, you need to;

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Min 1-2 years experience in financial control and reporting (IFRS and statutory)
• Audit background would be an asset
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication skills
• Result oriented with solid analytical skills
• Proactive and multitask oriented
• Displays resilience, determination and flexibility
