Responsibilities

• Preparing business valuation models that include both historic financial results and forward-looking projections
• Running sensitivity and scenario analysis to better understand risks associated with the projections
• WACC calculation
• Conducting Trading / Transactions Multiples analysis
• Advanced financial modelling for company needs (M&A, LBO, Project Finance, FP&A)
• Detailed analysis of current, past and projected financial data
• Supporting merger and acquistion process
• Supporting financial due diligence cases
• Financial impact analysis of commercial contracts
• Supporting finance team in delivering on ad-hoc requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields from reputable universities
• 1-3 years of related finance experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility (Valuation, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance),
• Having commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience, preferably within a Big 4 environment / investment banking is a plus,
• Detailed understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and forecasting is a plus,
• Advance command of verbal and written English,
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional employees
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications,
• Basic understanding of core legislative topics such as corporate taxation, VAT and dividend distribution is a plus,
• Ability to use Bloomberg is a plus,
• An analytical and curious mindset focused on how businesses are structured and how they can be modelled effectively keeping in mind important industry specific KPIs is a plus.
