APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Application
Once you’ve submitted your application, it comes through to our team to review. If you meet our key requirements, you’ll then be invited to an online English test, online interview, case study and group discussion.
2. Online Interview, Case Study and Group Discussion
This is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, why Groupama is the company for you, and why Young Potentials Program you’ve applied to really appeals.
3. Online Test & Division Manager Assessment
You’ll then be invited to complete online assessment tests and online manager interviews. This step has been designed to make sure we’re right for each other, and the role is going to be the best possible fit for your future career aspirations.
4. Selection

-3th & 4th year university students -Degree from engineering, statistics, math, economy, actuary,banking&insurance -Min. 3 days availability to work in a week -Suitable to work from home and office in a hybrid working model -Continue for a min. of 10 months as an intern -Good command of English
