Hayat Kimya, one of the leading companies in the FMCG business in Turkey, is looking for “Engineering Trainees”.
With our H Generation Engineering Trainee Program, we target to help the selected individuals enrich their talent by offering well-designed training plans, mentorship and rotation programs across departments. These programs are designed to be supported with regular feedback sessions.
Throughout the program, the selected individuals are expected to actively get involved in projects and daily tasks. They will be provided the opportunity to assume responsibility in projects with the support of mentors as part of the engineering trainee program.
