Henkel has operated in Turkey since 1963. We currently employ almost 900 people. Our local headquarter is located in Istanbul where all our two business units are present. Turkey wide, we operate in 6 Henkel offices including our head office, 3 factories Center and 2 sales offices. Being a blend of consumer and industrial business, you can easily find interesting opportunities in different fields both on the business and the technical side.

"Step Up" Internship Program
Welcome you to Henkel long-term internship program “Step Up”, offer a real career experience for different departments; Sales, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Technical roles in plants, and various internship opportunities within several business units. Paper Solutions & Tapes Labels Adhesives, Sales Engineer
Hello! I am Ece Başyazıcı. I was graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Chemistry department. My Henkel journey has started 9 months ago as a Sales Intern of Adhesives Technologies / Furniture & Building Components. As a chemistry student, Henkel was such a dream place to work and huge opportunity to start a career. I was a sales intern but I always had an interest on adhesives and applications. During my internship, I took a chance to dive into adhesives industry. There was an open position for an Application Engineer in my team that time and I got the job! After a year of experience as an application engineer, I started a new journey on June 1st as a Paper Solutions & Tapes Labels Adhesives Sales Engineer, working with our customers and premium partners in the Aegean and Marmara regions. I am happy to be a part of Henkel family!

Process Safety Engineer
I started my career in the final year of my Chemical Engineering studies at Istanbul Technical University, through the Henkel Step-Up program. The experience I gained there led me to join Henkel's dynamic team, and I have now been a part of the Henkel team for nearly 3 years. Currently, I work as a Process Safety Engineer in the Safety, Health & Environment department, where I am responsible for ensuring the safe operation of processes at our Gebkim and Tuzla Adhesives Plants. I focus particularly on Process Hazard Analysis and the Explosive Atmospheres. The opportunity to work at Henkel has contributed immensely to my personal and professional growth. The team spirit and innovative approaches here are my daily source of motivation. Henkel's sustainability and innovation-focused vision continues to push me forward in my career.
