We are recruiting for American-based logistics companies having offices in Turkey. We are expanding our Istanbul branch, which has been serving for about a year. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and ambitious new colleague to work in the Sales Dispatch Team of our international company. Organization and coordination of transportation, constant communication with drivers.
Attentive to the details;
Spoken English (not lower than B1);
Experience in working with people;
Experience as a sales manager or in a call center;
High level of computer proficiency.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English level;
Upper-Intermediate and higher;
Confident PC user - excellent systems knowledge:
MS Office, Excel, and internet navigation.
Experience in international logistics and a bachelor's degree in supply chain or transport discipline will be an advantage.
Handling requests received from different sources;
Fast execution of tasks to find a car (calls);
Calculation of the cargo space and its combination with the dimensions of the cargo;
Calculation of the driver's trip time both without cargo and with cargo;
Constant communication within the team and beyond.
