Who are we looking for?

• Fresh graduates from reputable Universities (bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, Economics, etc)
• Advanced level of English (German as a second language is an asset.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Analytical and critical thinking,
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organization skills,
• Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines,
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new things and have a solution-oriented approach,
• Adaption to flexible working hours and to travel for business purposes.
