“REAL TASTE of FOOD ENGINEERING” PROGRAM

 

“Real Taste of Food Engineering” program by Lactalis Türkiye provides a half-year French language learning opportunity and a 2-year Master’s degree program at the reputable university, ESA (Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures) in France.

During the 2.5 years, the “Real Taste of Food Engineering” program offers you the opportunity to study, work, and grow into an expert engineer.

All financial costs will be covered by the Lactalis Group. After completing the “Real Taste of Food Engineering” program, you will start your career at Lactalis Türkiye.

Moreover, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in French culture and discover the values and ambassadors of the Lactalis Group, all while gaining a professional perspective in milk technologies.

APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 

1. Apply

If you're ready to begin, the first step is to submit your application.

 

2. Online Tests

If you are chosen, you will be invited to Competency and English Tests in the following weeks from the date you submitted the application.

 

3. Interviews & Selection

The shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with one of the recruiters from Lactalis Türkiye. If you are among the final candidates, you will be directed to the application system of ESA to meet the representatives of the school.

 

4. Onboarding

Now you are ready to start your new journey which will start at the beginning of next year. Welcome to “Real Taste of Food Engineering”😊 !

MEET OUR GRADUATERS

DETAYLAR

Real Taste of Food Engineering is a fantastic graduate program of Lactalis Türkiye, a member of Group Lactalis. It offers half year French language training and 2 years of Master's degree program at ESA, France. During the 2,5 years, you will both study and work and become an expert engineer.

- Food Engineering fresh graduates or Master’s degree student with food engineering background - B2 level English knowledge - 2.8 GPA as minimum - No military obligation - Willing to live in France for 2,5 years - Max 28 years old (Determined by the French law)

- Analytical mindset - Strong motivation to gain expertise and for a career in dairy industry and glocal work environment - Real capacity to overcome challenges and to develop new competencies

Successful candidates will spend two years in France – with an additional 6 months of intensive French prior to the program according to their current level of French and receive high level training in technical and managerial competencies and learn a new language (French).

All fees (travel, tuition, insurance) related to the program will be covered by the company.

Successful graduates will have Master’s degree of Science in Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Agricultures Angers Loire (ESA) and will start working at Lactalis Türkiye upon the return from France.
