Bachelor's or Master degree required in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, etc,

At least 3-4 years Technical Insurance accounting and financial reporting experience is a must,

Having Insurance sector experience is a must

Excellent knowledge of MS office applications

Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills

Self-motivated,result and detailed oriented

SAP knowledge is plus

Excellent command of written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION

Performing month-end financial closure activities

Preparation of monthly financial statements in line with Group standards (IFRS)

Performing periodic intercompany reconciliation

Checking accuracy, integrity, completeness, consistency of financial reporting data

Working in collaboration with accounting and controlling teams

Supporting developing and carrying out new projects to improve the efficiency of the reporting

Performing adhoc reporting and analysis as required by management

Being key contact for external auditors

Develop, analyze, and execute budgets

Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget,

Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances,

Following reconciliations of the budgets and bank accounts.
