Job Description

• Data Analyst delivers data-driven insights to inform business units using advanced analytics, ML & AI
• Foster a data driven mindset and analytical decision making ensuring the best user experience for customers and patients
• Perform data analytics & modeling studies on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Deliver visualizations and descriptive reports to uncover
• insights to inform marketing execution.
• Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital executions
• Collaborate with IT Hub /regional teams to enrich local know-how
• Play the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT and other functions
• Give proactively inputs to the local/regional teams on customer & market needs
• Secure compliance requirements with highest standards of ethics and integrity

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from related departments
• Min 1 year experience
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
• SQL and Python knowledge is required
• Experience in data visualization tools is a strong plus (QlikSense, Power BI)
• Preferably experienced on web analytics & digital marketing technologies
• Preferably experienced on Sales Force Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
• Business acumen to connect derive relevant insights from data
• Presentation of technical results to a non-technical audience
• Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) tools
