We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Analyst (Temporary) to join our Finance&Control team who will perform decision support activities for one or several company codes/Plants within Nestle in the market including sanity checks timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring functional leadership on controlling and coordination with business and co-pilots.

Main Responsibilities;

• Report and consolidates: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on actual and forecast (DF) for Top management meeting, Working Capital
• Ensure appropriate master data maintenance in SAP for correct reporting
• Actively participate in the Decision Support activities during the Period End Closing process
• Prepare P&L at Business level and product groups
• Prepare, control and submit all Magnitude reports that are under Decision Support responsibility within the Group and/or internal reporting deadlines (whichever is earlier) and in line with the Group reporting guidelines
• Prepare and issue periodical internal reports and KPIs such as Daily Sales, RIG OG Analysis, SACT, PACT, PICA, SCOM, SSMT, Ecom, DF etc. as per agreed internal reporting deadlines and instructions.
• Design, build, maintain other local / ad hoc reports
• Work with IT in digitalization process Power BI base reports
• Participate in integrated planning process
• Prepare analysis & investigate trends for key P&L lines at business and product level versus plan using historical/ other comparative data and provide support to controllers on analyzing performance variances.
• Provide support around ad-hoc reporting to Co-Pilots (Business Units, Supply Chain and Factory) on issues identification behind P&L variances
• Actively participate within Decision Support resolution processes, within own team, to address requests from Business Co-Pilots

Qualifications;

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance & Cost Management
• Min 1 year experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning or Audit.
• Fluency in English. Basis Command on MS Office
• Knowledge SAP is an asset .
• Experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills, be adaptive to change
