APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Step 1: Pre-screening Questions

We have an agile selection process and moreover we have some pre-screening questions that help us understand your expectations.

Step 2: Assessment

If you are selected for the next step, you will be invited to an assessment, conduct a personality questionaire and some ability tests.

 

Step 3: First Interview with Human Resources Team

A number of candidates will be interviewed with a HR representative.

Step 4: Case Study

Final candidates will be invited to a case study, which makes an excellent opportunity to show your talent.

Step 5: Interview with Line Managers

A number of candidates will be interviewed by the Line Manager and HRBPs.

Step 6: Offer

Selected candidate will be offered the permanent position and start in Summer 2023.

NestLéaders is 2 years of rotational Management Trainee Program that dedicates in nurturing talents to be future leaders of our business.

Dynamic, self – motivated and passionate students who will be graduated on this summer and fresh graduates with an interest in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Information Technology and Supply Chain functions.

-Students who will be graduated on this summer and fresh graduates -Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing -High level of social skills, good communication, problem solving and teamwork spirit -Willingness to work in a dynamic environment -Willing to make an impact for the team and our values -Has the mind to think out of the box and the courage to act.
