Plant Maintenance and Engineer

To complete our future, we are seeking for engineers to work in our facility. The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing technical support and plant maintenance.

Job Location: Gebze Turkey

Job Description:

Maintenance of Bio Reactors, Mixing Vessels, Centrifuges, Vacuum pumps, Autoclave, dry heat sterilizer, chromatography system and tangential flow filtration.

Installation, commissioning and handling of biotech bulk drug manufacturing equipment and related documentation.

Operation & Maintenance of HVAC System/ water system /boiler /chiller diesel generator etc.

Site handling, technical manpower handling and training of engineering technicians.

Handling of documentation related to Engineering department (raising of change control, CAPA, handling of deviations) 

Carried out the day to day SAP MM activities for Engineering Department 

Handling of documentation related to Engineering department (raising of change control, CAPA, handling of deviations) 

Planning and Execution of Preventive Maintenance of Utility Equipments & HVAC Validation to ensure proper functioning of plant.

Day-to-Day Monitoring & Trouble Shooting of Utility HVAC System: Chilling Plant, Air Handling Units, Dehumidifiers and Compressed Air System: Air Compressor, Refrigerant Air Driers, Thermal System: Boiler Plant, Water Purification System: Softening Plant, Reverse Osmosis and electro deionization and water for injection generation and distribution.

 Carrying out Predictive & Breakdown maintenance of process and utility equipment and instruments.

Executing cost saving technique / measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in cost.

 To maintain spare parts Inventory management for electrical and mechanical.

To implement the electrical and mechanical safety in the factory

Desired Skills and Experience

 5 to 8 years hands-on experience in preferably in Pharma/Biotech manufacturing plant maintenance Experience in qualification and validation.

Strong knowledge to handle of water system and HVAC and preventive maintenance.

Experience in EU cGMP regulated environment is an advantage.

Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
