Job Description

Reaching out to the customers through phone and informing them about the quality issue

Liaising with the customers to get the necessary contact details

Increase the pipeline for inspection

Database management

Qualifications

Being able to work  at least 3 full days in a week during school semester, full time in summer break

Good command of both written and spoken in English

Good command of MS Office applications

Good follow-up skills as well as attention to the details

Good communication and interpersonal skills
