Job Hiring Announcement: Corporate Filings Assistant

Social Enterprises LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Filings Assistant to join our team in Istanbul, located on the Anatolian Side. As a leading provider of tax consultancy services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with corporate filing requirements. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our corporate filing processes and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate filings, including but not limited to annual reports, business licenses, and other required documentation in 50 states of the USA.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate filings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for filing purposes.
  • Monitor filing deadlines and proactively ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Conduct research on local corporate filing requirements and stay updated on changes in regulations.
  • Assist in managing correspondence related to corporate filings, including responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronically and in hard copy, to facilitate easy retrieval of documents.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on corporate filings and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and information.
  • Familiarity with local corporate filing requirements and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
