What is the Talent Factory?
Talent Factory is an internship program offered by Tat Gıda to recruit young talents to the company and to train future employees with high potential.
Who can apply to the Talent Factory?
- University 4th year and master students - Preferably studying in Industrial Engineering, Management and Food Engineering, - Talents who can come to the office at least 3 days a week or do an online internship can apply.
