We are looking for a teammate as Bulk Sourcing and Supply Coordinator (Dökme Gazlar Tedarik ve Operasyon Koordinatörü) based in our plant in Kocaeli Kartepe.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Management of bulk supply / sourcing and analysis of supply and demand process 

• Management of local and international supplier contract processes

• Supply cost optimization

• Planning bulk supply operations in accordance with occupational safety, environment, quality and efficiency rules

• Management of S&OP process 

• Improving processes between production and bulk supply / sourcing operations

• Development of stock management processes

• Ensuring communication and coordination with other units in the procurement process,

• Assets management and establishing an analysis system 

• Management and implementation of continuous improvement projects in the supply chain

• Implementation of digital projects and support the team with trainings,

• Management and implementation of efficiency projects

• Management of carriers performance and payment processes,

• Monitoring and control of the purchasing process,

• Analysis and reporting of business results.

Are you a MATCH?

• University degree from related departments of universities,

• Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations in the manufacturing sector, residing / able to reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli,

• Knowledge and experience on account management and procurement is an asset

• Strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills,

• Preferably experienced in programming (SQL, Python…)

• Strong problem solving

• Willing to work in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to intense work tempo

• Fluent in English
