Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, Business or Economics
• At least 1 year experience in sales area of corporate companies
• Good command of English
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Experienced in ERP and CRM programs, preferably Oracle, EBA
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Good communication skills and solution oriented
• Systematic work and project follow-up skills and highly motivated
• Preferably having B type driving license and active driver
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Resident or able to reside in İstanbul

Job Description

• To follow up and report the customer visit plans of the sales team,
• Entering the orders in the system and following and organizing the deliveries with production and logistic departments in align with customers,
• To provide communication between sales managers, customer management and internal functional groups,
• To support the preparation of periodic department reports (Customer turnover and tonnage, sales by product and SBU, sales comparisons by years, month-end sales / closing forecasts, monthly customer-based EBITDA, customer maturity and risk status ect.),
• To support all sales related collective arrangements on the ERP system (Customer cards, price lists ect.),
• To support to the sales team for sales activities and organizations (fair meeting, etc.),
• To ensure that Sales and Technical Service's monthly travel plans and customer visit notes are regularly entered on CRM,
• To send weekly shipping lists to overseas representatives,
• Preparing proforma invoices for domestic and abroad customers,
• To preparing product samples, ensure their shipment and follow the process,
• Taking the meeting notes and following the actions.
