BAT TURKEY IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT OPERATIONS COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Level

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Finance Team – Operations Finance managing delivery of cost of sales for TCNA Area.
The role is responsible for management of cost of sales for Algeria end market and area consolidation for total TCNA. Proactively provide support to key stakeholders in respect of issue resolution in the management of Cost of Sales. Embrace and implement change and integrated ways of working.

Geographic Scope: Samsun
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Total cost of sales management of Algeria end market and TCNA Area consolidation
- Drive and execution of the monthly / quarterly / annual budgeting and reporting of total cost of sales for and provide input to management team on variances, risks, and any corrective actions
- Support standard Operations Financial input to key forums such as GMA, S&I, OLT
- Ensure regular follow up on year to date progression of cost of sales
- Work in coordination with Algeria Finance Director, as well as Corporate Finance responsible in management of Algeria P&L
- Effective follow-up of inventory levels in accordance with Supply Chain team
- Be the Finance Lead for saving and sourcing projects for TCNA Area except Turkey, proactive engagement with stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered with planned benefits and timings
- In timely and effective manner identify and resolve planning and reporting issues
- Create enough knowledge base allowing independent work within given responsibilities, be able to temporarily substitute Operations Finance Manager during his/her absence
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization across Operations Finance teams in the Area
- Collaborate with different teams across local, regional and shared services levels; as well as cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Product, Packaging, Brand, Marketing Finance
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BENEFICIAL
- Between 2 – 4 years of relevant professional experience
- IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP Systems - SAP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent analytic skills
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- Good commercial acumen and result oriented individual
- Flexibility and easily adaptability to a very dynamic environment
- Empowered, open to new challenges
