BAT TURKEY IS LOOKING FOR A CRM EXECUTIVE!

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Level

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Istanbul

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

  • This role is part of the Marketing - Activation (New categories) team.
  • The role is responsible to support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle

.Reports to: Area Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: TCNA (Turkey – Caucasus – North Africa) area

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Develop, deliver and continually improve data-directed multi-channel marketing campaigns including leading them through the campaign development and execution process (setup the consumer journeys, E-mail / SMS sending, reporting, dashboards, overview of the creative materials delivery from agency)
  • Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements to build and deliver personalized messages and landing pages to campaign audiences
  • Ensure the Marketing Automation system is leveraged fully and accurately to meet business needs
  • Supervise automated data integrations to ensure that data in the Marketing Automation system accurately reflects contacts’ status and preferences and includes all information needed to support communication segmentation strategies. Also ensure that data updates sent from the Marketing Automation system to the data sources are accurate and useful
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high performance campaigns and incorporate findings into feature campaigns
  • Accurate reporting and status updates as to support key decision within the coordinated campaigns
  • Evaluate executed activities and provide recommendations and solutions to improve efficiency of future campaigns
  • Utilize market information and standard methodologies to improve campaign efficiency

  • Are you a results-oriented CRM specialist who wants to develop themselves in a global environment?
  • Do you have experience in leading loyalty programs and CRM campaigns while maintaining an excellent communication with the global partners?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Business acumen - full understanding of the market dynamics
  • Between 2-5 years of proven track record in a related field - previous CRM experience is a requirement
  • Advanced analytical capabilities utilizing consumer/customer data
  • Ability to balance multiple activities and work independently
  • Problem solving of daily operational activities and proven track record of on time and in full delivery
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills and phenomenal written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive and resilient with great presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English level (advanced written and spoken skills)
  • High level of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, etc.)
