ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
In this role you will support the development of the in-market consumer, customer and competitor insights to improve marketing deployment and drive the business to consumer centricity and have a very important part in conducting market research in line with Global and Regional agenda using the Global research tools & methodologies.
Reports to: Area Insights & Research Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: TCNA (Turkey – Caucasus – North Africa)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Support in conducting market research in line with Global and Regional agenda by ensuring that research Agencies develop an appropriate, cost effective and high-quality content
Support the development of in-market consumer, customer and competitor insights by developing and maintaining comprehensive competitive analysis.
Support the delivery of the Insights Learning Review to feed global strategy deep dives
Support Insights & Research manager in delivering robust research projects to deliver consumer centric, impactful and forward-looking insights
Support Manager in providing insights to understand consumer behaviour, perceptions and needs in relation to the product landscape, to drive the development of differentiated offers into our portfolio.
Support development and delivery of End Market Consumer insights and diagnostics to inform brand strategy, improve deployment and drive business towards consumer centricity
Support in managing all research projects in line with Global and Regional agenda and effectively integrating them into the management information system
Control, analyse, interpret and report research projects following guidelines, within time and budget
Ensure effective relations within the SP&I team and cross functional networking to develop effective and integrated insights
Support research projects delivery through good relationships with external research Agencies.
Continuously improve the quality of research tools and processes within the function to support the delivery of consumer centric insights

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
2 to maximum 5 years of experience in Marketing & consumer research & insight is a must
Good knowledge of MS Office package with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical focus to be able to identify the right information source to gather information
Display leadership qualities
High integrity and honesty
Good communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Consumer marketing experience is a plus
