Geographic Scope: Regional

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support Talent Team in driving talent management processes in a wide range of focus including employer branding, performance management, talent development and engagement
• Work in collaboration with the HR Business Partners across Turkey, Caucasus & North Africa Area in executing and embedding Talent practices
• Handle external partners such as agencies and training companies
• Support Area employer branding actions and ensure alignment with global principles
• Play a role in the implementation of diversity & inclusion strategy
• Keep track of talent important metrics and trends regularly - analyse the outcomes
• Support implementation of talent projects
• Supporting in the Talent Processes when needed, performing benchmark processes and bring great practices in the company

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University Graduate
• 1-3 years of experience in HR
• Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Social media knowledge and employer branding activation experience is a plus
• HR Analytical Skills
• Excellence in MS Office Programs
• Advanced written and spoken English and Turkish
