Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Quality Control Engineer" to be located in our Karaman Plant.

 

Your Role

  • Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records,
  • Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on site,
  • Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activities,
  • Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records,
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department, which includes the management of Quality Engineers, the Micro lab, Analitical Lab and Process lab technicians, the Material Non Conformity Process and application of the requirements for certifications like ISO9001, FSSC 22000, Organic, Halal, Kosher etc. on site,
  • Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel,
  • Serve as the lead for validation of all changes in manufacturing process,
  • Help develop, implement and follow-up on special projects and programs. (i.e. HAACP, Hygiene, GMP, GLP, Operational Excellence etc),
  • Ensure superior performance GMP's, CIP's, Training etc. Supports and participate to all internal/external audits,
  • Coordinates the relevant Traceability Systems for correct identification of materials,
  • Development and implementation of traceability for “Organic”, “Sustainable” products,
  • Supervises the correct calibration management activities of testing equipments,
  • Cooperate with the Quality Management Department for evaluation of non-conformities.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry or related discipline or equivalent experience,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC,
  • Experience in developing and reviewing quality plans for production, contract documents and pro specifications,
  • Conduct and organize Q&FS Internal/External audit and ensure close out of all Inspection and Audit Non conformities,
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, project management skills, coupled with organizational sensitivity, and the ability to influence key decision makers at all levels,
  • Must act as a change agent who is able to build positive relationships on a foundation of trust and mutual respect,
  • Technical expertise in finding root cause of quality issues and implementing best solution possible,
  • Formal root cause analysis training preferred and must be demonstrated,
  • Should be qualified at MS-Office,
  • Living in Karaman.
