Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Raw Material Documentation Intern" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications:

Your Role: 

• Archiving raw material documentation and uploading documents into the relevant systems,
• Classifying and organizing documents accurately and systematically,
• Supporting raw material specification management processes,
• Ensuring document completeness, accuracy, and version control,
• Coordinating with related departments (Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain) for document collection and updates,
• Supporting data tracking and reporting activities,
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation workflows.

Your Profile

• 3rd or 4th year student in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field,
• Preferably able to work minimum 4-5 days per week,
• Good command of English (written and verbal),
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially Excel),
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,
• Strong communication and coordination skills,
• Analytical mindset with high attention to accuracy,
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn,
• Living in or able to commute to İstanbul.
