Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable University,
3-5 years of experience in a company or reputable law firm,
Confident theoretical and practical competence in the following areas: corporate law, commercial law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property, consumer protection and e-commerce. Experience in energy law will be an asset,
Effective and grammatically correct written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish,
Strong communication skills, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently and work well as a team member,
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Review, draft various legal documents (including corporate documents, such as signature circulars, internal directives etc.) as well as provide all related management of corporate matters,
Support preliminary and follow-up works related to legal proceedings,
Support in Drafting, reviewing, and preparing advice on matters pertaining to laws and regulations to business units on daily basis,
Participate in development / amendment of policies and other internal procedures,
Search, analysis and systematization of information from various sources,
Review, and comment on contracts and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, and operational matters to protect the organization's legal and business interests,
Analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications.
