By joining us, you’ll not just be an intern; but also you’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing to meaningful projects in departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing (Kinder), Media, Customer Services and General Procurement.

Program Overview

• Real Work Experience: Participate in meaningful projects and daily operations to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment
• Learning and Development: Access a suite of e-learning resources customized for your professional growth, with support from a dedicated Buddy and a leader throughout your journey
• Innovation and Initiative: Take the reins and showcase your creativity by developing and presenting a project of your own design
• Expand Your Network: Connect with professionals to be visible for future career opportunities and fellow interns to make some friends from different functions

Who we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-year bachelor’s or master's students ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for a period of 6 to 11 months
• Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
• Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
• Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
• Proficiency both in English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
